The Yarrabank Cuvee Brut Sparkling are produced through a joint venture between Champagne Veuve A. Devaux and the highly regarded Yering Station. Made using 'Methode Traditionnelle', Yarrabank has firmly established itself as one of Australia's top sparkling wines.

Colour: Pale straw.
Nose: Grapefruit blossom with a creamy ripe apple overlay. Rich and complex.
Palate: Complex yeast autolysis with a creamy centre. The 2011 Yarrabank displays a plum centre with ripe apple finishing with a fine line of racy acidity and minerality.
