The 2014 Watershed Senses Shiraz is another great drinking, medium-bodied Margaret River Shiraz, offering plenty of dark chocolate, fruit cake and dark plum flavours, complimented by a silky mouthfeel and soft, high quality tannins. An outstanding value Margaret River red that has widespread appeal.

"95 Points Deep colour; a very complex shiraz in terms of flavour and structure. Oak plays a significant role in the mocha/dark chocolate/spice components, but the purple and black fruits are more than a match, assisted by tannins to create the stimulating texture on the back-palate and finish. Screwcap. 14.5%. To 2039. $30. Special Value" - James Halliday, Halliday Wine Companion 2018.

"Loads happening in this full-bodied, though elegantly structured, shiraz. Aromas of coffee grinds and spices with a decent sprinkle of cinnamon. The palate is all dark fruits swirling with spicy coffee and dark chocolaty plummy fruits. Grainy tannins create a textured gravelly palate. Lovely savoury finish. Score: 94/100 Cellar: 10 years" - Ray Jordan 2018 West Australian Wine Guide.
