Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2018

Marlborough, New Zealand   |    750ml   |    13%
Comprising nine varieties of grapes over 400 acres of estate vineyards, a modern fully integrated winemaking facility and a passion for excellence, Spy Valley consistently produces globally acclaimed award winning wines. Spy Valley Wines is so named for its proximity to an international satellite communications monitoring station in the Waihopai Valley; a spy base.

The 2018 Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc is fruit-driven in style, with complexity from lees ageing for several months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. A portion is also fermented in oak barrels giving this wine secondary aromas, smoother texture and more complexity; the result is a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with intense flavours and crisp acid in a dry style.
