Margaret River, Western Australia   |    750ml   |    14%
Located in the heart of Western Australia’s renowned Margaret River wine region, Pierro has a viticultural pedigree second to none. Owned and managed by Dr Mike Peterkin, Pierro is widely considered one of Australia's leading Chardonnay makers, with their red wines now among the very best in the region - their 'LTCF' stands for 'little touch of cabernet franc'. A classic 'Bordeaux blend' of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (30%) and Cabernet Franc (10%), this is a Margaret River red wine of impeccable quality, with rich, concentrated varietal flavours and high quality fine-grained tannins.

"95 Points. It’s cabernet merlot with a little cabernet franc – hence the name LTCf. It’s medium bodied, with an effortless palate structure and focus to a long finish. Perfumed notes of black olive and red berry. The palate has a tight sinewy thread and fine-grained oak in support. It all comes together so well, extending to a sustained long finish."- Ray Jordan, West Australian Wine Guide 2019.
