'Mr Mick' is a new range of wines launched by Tim Adams; one of Australia's most talented winemakers. The range is named in honour of K.H Knappstein; a legend of Australian wine and a former mentor of Tim Adams.
This wine is made predominantly from Riesling grapes harvested from the “Bayes” vineyard 5km south west of Clare, in the centre of the
valley. The wine was cold fermented for fourteen days and then secondarily fermented under pressure before bottling. This is known as the “Charmat” process for producing high quality sparkling wine
