CLAYFIELD
Since 1999, Simon and Kaye Clayfield have been producing limited quanitities of outstanding classical Western Victoria red wines.
The Clayfield's Moyston winery and vineyard is located near the spectacular Grampians Ranges.
The climate at Moyston is ideal for growing premium Shiraz, and with 25 years of winemaking experience, Simon Clayfield has earned a reputation for making some of the best Shiraz in Australia.
Current standouts in the Clayfield range include Clayfield Massif Shiraz and the extremely limited Clayfield Black Label Shiraz.
The Clayfield vineyards are grown organically with the wines made using traditional methods and hand operated basket pressing.
