This is a beautiful drinking Shiraz that reflects the ideal vintage conditions that prevailed in Margaret River throughout 2007 vintage. Fuller-bodied than a typical Margaret River Shiraz this is a well-structured Shiraz with flavours of plum, dark chocolate and classy integrated tannins. A very impressive example of Margaret River Shiraz from Watershed.
