Shadowfax Landscape Shiraz 2005 - $16.90

The highly regarded Shadowfax produce this Shiraz from a vineyard at Tallarook, some 85 kilometres north of Melbourne. Made in an approachable, smooth style it is packed with flavours of blackberries, dark cherry and licorice all brought together by fine, persistent tannins. A small amount of well integrated Viognier adds texture and some elegant aromatics. From one of Victoria’s finest wineries at the special price of $16.90 this wine offers outstanding value drinking.
