The Yarrabank Cuvee Brut Sparkling are produced through a joint venture between Champagne Veuve A. Devaux and the highly regarded Yering Station. Made using 'Methode Traditionnelle', Yarrabank has firmly established itself as one of Australia's top sparkling wines.
COLOUR: Pale Straw NOSE Citrus blossom and plum fruit. Subtle spice high light the ripe fruit and yeast development. PALATE: A richness typical of 2008. Complex yeast autolysis with a creamy centre.
The 2008 Yarrabank displays plum and ripe apple finishing with a fine line of racy acidity and minerality.
