"Smells of good sauvignon blanc, touch quartz-minerally, alpine herbs, something grassy, faint passionfruit - a frisky thing from the approach. Watery textured to taste, but light, delicate flavours can be ok with the variety - it supports a dash of tropical fruit, lick of green phenolic chalkiness and a mellow, slippery texture through mid-palate to finish.
