This wine is a blend of three vineyards. Hunter fruit comes from our Pothana vineyard at Belford, the Mudgee from Harcourt Lane Vineyard and the McLaren Vale fruit from CP Vineyard at Blewitt Springs. The individual parcels were blended after fermentation and aged in older oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is medium bodied showing red berries, spicy fruit and soft tannins" - David Hook Wines.
