What about wines not listed on the website? Auscellardoor has access to a wide range of wines. If you are seeking a particular wine not listed on the website please let us know and we will try to track this down for you. How much will my delivery cost ? Auscellardoor ships all orders of $200 or more freight free throughout Australia. Any orders less than $200 will incur a $10 delivery fee. What happens if no-one is home to home to receive the wine? If no one is home to receive the order, Australia Post will leave a card to say they have attempted delivery, and that the wine is able to be collected from the nearest Post Office. Alternatively, you may authorise Australia Post to leave the order in a specific place in the absence of anyone being home to receive the good. Such details can be left in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box on the order details page. What if my wine is damaged upon delivery? Although Auscellardoor does takes steps to ensure wine orders are packed properly, unfortunately breakages do occasionally occur in transit. Auscellardoor is committed to ensuring that all breakages are replaced in a timely manner. Australia Post usually informs us if a breakage has occurred at which time we will let you know and arrange for replacement wine to be sent. If you do receive a delivery that is broken please let us know as soon as possible by phoning us on 1800 088 022 or email info@auscellardoor.com.au Returns Policy In addition to wine damaged in transit Auscellardoor is committed to replacing any wine that is ‘corked’ or displays any other fault. If you believe any wine you have purchased through Auscellardoor displays a fault, we ask you to let us know immediately and put the remaining contents of the bottle aside so we can arrange collection. If you simply do not like the wine you have purchased, we are not obligated to replace this however we will always try to accommodate the needs of our customers. Vintages Auscellardoor recognises the importance of vintages and keeps the website up-to-date to reflect vintage changes. On the rare occasion where we are unable to fulfil the exact vintage ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of an alternate vintage or a full refund. Is it safe to pay by credit card on the internet? Auscellardoor utilises the fully secure ANZ e-gate payment system for all on-line orders. However we understand that some people have reservations about on-line credit card transactions. As such during the order process you have the option of selecting an ‘off-line’ payment method. If you choose this, one of the Auscellardoor team will phone you once the order is received to take credit card payment details. Alternatively you can phone us on 1800 088 022 to arrange payment. Legal Ordering Age Auscellardoor is committed to the responsible and legal consumption of alcohol. We will not sell to anyone under the legal drinking age of 18 years. We ask you to confirm this when you order. Pricing Information All prices quoted on the Auscellardoor website are in Australian dollars and include all taxes including GST.
